Location: Kalvin Apartments are situated near the Kalvin square close to the city centre with easy access to most of the sights of Budapest. There are great public transport facilities nearby metro (blue line, No3), tram (No47 and 49), trolley bus (No83) and bus (No9 and 15) stops are within 100 meters.

Accommodation: Kalvin Apartments is a new apartment which has 4 separated studios that can be proper accommodation for a company up to maximum 10 guests. The quite studios are on the 4th floor above the city. The building is older, but it is in a good condition too, there are two elevators to make it easier reaching the apartments. The studios are 25 and 35 m2 large with fully equipped kitchenettes, twin or double bed (extra bed on request), a bathroom. It is ideal for couples or for a family. Please note these studios are located in a multi-flat house in Budapest city centre; so do not expect to stay in a hotel with reception and services but we offer the privacy of a cozy flat.

No credit cards are accepted, only cash payment upon arrival.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN:
You may book our pre-organized comfortable transfer services for a fix price. In this case the driver will wait for you at the arrival side of the airport or train station holding a sign with your name on it and takes you straight to the hotel. You can book this transfer with the help of our Budapest hotels transfer form.

You may also use the Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper in case of 1 or 2 pax, (for 3 pax our service is cheaper) but you have to wait for the bus and it might go to other hotels as well before yours.

We do not recommend simply taking a taxi at the airport or at the train stations!

Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to 4 days prior to arrival; otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged by the apartment company.

Bookings for 7-14 days: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise 3 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the apartment company.

Bookings longer than 14 days: Reservations may be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival; otherwise 5 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the apartment company.

Please note that in case of booking 7nights or longer a deposit might be required by the apartment companies. The amount of deposit can be the price of 3 or 5 nights of accommodation.
