Location: Hotel Unio is a three star hotel near to the centre of Budapest. It is located in a business and shopping area of Budapest. Hotel Unio is easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel is decorated in early 20th century style combined with the comfort and technology of the 21st century.

Accommodation: Hotel Unio can offer 52 rooms with double pane windows, TV, direct phone and mini bar. Air-conditioning is available in every room. They offer special rooms for non-smokers, disabled guests and hardwood floors for guests with allergies. The hotel has a 24 hour reception, safe, magnetic key card system, computerized smoke and fire detection system. Floors are separated by fire doors, there are 2 staircases.

Restaurant: Hotel Unio has a family style restaurant which serves Hungarian and international cuisine also serves breakfast buffet lunch and dinner buffet with a wide variety of dishes is available to our hotel guests and for the public.

You can book our pre-organized comfortable transfer services for a fixed price. In this case the driver will wait for you at the arrival side of the airport or train station holding a sign with your name on it and take you straight to the hotel. You may also use the Official Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper in case of 1 or 2 passengers, (for 3 passengers our service is cheaper) but you have to wait for the bus and it might go to other hotels as well before yours.

We do not recommend simply taking a taxi at the airport or at the train stations!

Charles Hotel has excellent traffic. Downtown or the subway can be reached with a 3-minute ride on bus number: 8, 78 or 112, arriving every five minutes almost the entire day. Guest arriving from highways M1-M7 can reach Charles Hotel in 2-4 minutes from the boundary of Budapest.
