Location: Gerand Hotel Touring is located in the North Buda part of the capital, close to the historic quarter of Budapest, 300 meters from the Danube in a pleasant green belt area. You may find the sights of the Danube-bend, also sports facilities (pool, squash, tennis courts, bowling track) are in the neighborhood. There are even shopping malls nearby for relaxation.

Accommodation: There are 76 double double-rooms and 10 double-rooms with lavatory and 44 double-ones with shower and 6 double-room apartments with shower. Each floor has separate showers for sexes according to the rooms with lavatory. These kinds of rooms have: fridge, telephone. Ones with shower are equipped with television, telephone and fridge and handicapped guests can ask for them as well. Cots and high chairs are provided if needed.

Restaurant: The menu of our newly renovated Danubia Restaurant contains a wide variety of Hungarian and international cuisine. The open-air garden is suitable for barbecue parties in the summer. There is also a billiard room and the Amfiteatrum coffee bar for the entertainment of our hotel guests.

Conference rooms: The 4 renovated conference rooms have a capacity of 10-200 people. There is a wide variety of equipment available with the conference rooms.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN:
You can book our pre-organized comfortable transfer services for a fixed price. In this case the driver will wait for you at the arrival side of the airport or train station holding a sign with your name on it and take you straight to the hotel. You can easily book this transfer with the help of our Budapest hotels transfer form.

You may also use the Official Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper in case of 1 or 2 passengers, (for 3 passengers our service is cheaper) but you have to wait for the bus and it might go to other hotels as well before yours.

We do not recommend simply taking a taxi at the airport or at the train stations!
