Location:Gerand Hotel Eben is located on the Pest side, near to Budapest Fair Centre; by the metro stop Ors Vezer Tere and is easily accessible by car or by public transportation. In the neighborhood of the hotel you can find the BNV, to whose main entrance you can get by the expo-bus. There is also a shopping mall nearby (Arkad) giving not just ladies the opportunity to relax. Downtown of Budapest and most of the sights can be reached using the fast red metro line.
Accommodation: They offer 100 comfortable rooms, 51 of them are air-conditioned. One room is also specially equipped for disabled guests. The rooms all include a shower (25 rooms have bathtubs as well), a toilet, cable TV, a telephone and a mini bar. Cots and baby baths are also available for the youngest guests. The following room categories can be chosen: 7 single rooms, 45 double rooms (twin and double mixed), 48 triple rooms (in most of them an extra bed can be taken). We suggest the triple rooms also for families.
Restaurant: Restaurant Laguna offers varied Hungarian and international foods, which are made unforgettable by the chef, Gyula Kertesz using his own creations but, you can find traditional Hungarian cuisine as well. They offer meals made based on more than 100 hundred-year-old recipes, spiced with spices forgotten a long time ago, and with varied side-dishes. More than 30 beautiful wines from the famous Hungarian cellars and the historical wine-growing regions of the country are offered with meals by expert waiters. There is a wide selection of drinks from the appetizing ones, cocktails through champagnes, to spirits of course. The Restaurant is ideal for receptions, weddings, gala-dinners, official or friendly gatherings. In case of seated receptions our capacity is 100 persons and for standing ones it is 120 persons. By means of extra services (music, show, disco, fireworks, ordering wedding cake) and keeping your request in view we make your organization unique and peculiar. We offer our private rooms for quiet family and business gatherings. All the rooms are air-conditioned.
Conference rooms: The capacity of the 5 air-conditioned conference rooms is 10-150 people. We can provide any additional equipment in the conference rooms.

Directions and Transportations
IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN: You can book our pre-organized comfortable transfer services for a fixed price. In this case the driver will wait for you at the arrival side of the airport or train station holding a sign with your name on it and take you straight to the hotel. You can easily book this transfer with the help of our Budapest hotels transfer form.
You may also use the Official Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper in case of 1 or 2 passengers, (for 3 passengers our service is cheaper) but you have to wait for the bus and it might go to other hotels as well before yours.
We do not recommend simply taking a taxi at the airport or at the train stations!
Cancellation
Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to midnight on the day prior to arrival; otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged.
Bookings for 7-21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival; otherwise 2 nights of accommodation are to be charged.
Bookings longer than 21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise 7 nights of accommodation are to be charged.
