Location:Kis-Gellert Guesthouse can be found in the green belt of Gellért Hill, in a garden house area. The centre of Budapest, the Buda Castle District (made part of the world heritage by UNESCO) and the Danube bank are also very near. The Citadella fortress, the historic sights of Buda, and its thermal baths and spas (e.g. Gellért, Rácz, Rudas) can be reached by a nice walk or by means of public transportation.

Accommodation: Presently, Kis-Gellert Guesthouse offer 11 rooms. All rooms are equipped with shower bath, TV and refrigerator to make them more comfortable. We can provide closed parking lots in a limited number.

The breakfast is an extra 5 EUR/person upon request, and it's served in the room.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN:
You can book our pre-organized comfortable transfer services for a fixed price. In this case the driver will wait for you at the arrival side of the airport or train station holding a sign with your name on it and take you straight to the hotel. You can easily book this transfer with the help of our Budapest hotels transfer form.

You may also use the Official Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper in case of 1 or 2 passengers, (for 3 passengers our service is cheaper) but you have to wait for the bus and it might go to other hotels as well before yours.

We do not recommend simply taking a taxi at the airport or at the train stations!

From Déli railway station: take tram No. 61. Get off at the 4th stop, and turn right on the first street in Hegyalja utca.

From Nyugati railway station: take the blue metro line towards Kőbánya-Kispest, get off at Ferenciek tere station. Take bus No. 8 or 112. from Ferencziek square and Get off at the 3rd stop, at Mészáros utca.

From Keleti railway station: take bus No. 7 (the quick one is indicated red, and it is 2 stops) to Ferenciek tere, then take bus No. 8 or 112. Get off at the 3rd stop, at Mészáros utca.

By car: From the direction of M1 and M7 highways, or from the center of the city, take Hegyalja utca, then turn onto the Avar utca, then the first street on the right is Otthon utca.

Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to midnight on the day prior to arrival; otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged.

Bookings for 7-21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival; otherwise 2 nights of accommodation are to be charged.

Bookings longer than 21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise 7 nights of accommodation are to be charged.
