The traffic capabilities are excellent, an own free parking place waits for our guests coming by car in front of Szent István park on the low bund of Pest.

Accommodation: Fortuna Boat Hostel offers 41 rooms of the 60 Single and double bedrooms which have shower-bathes, toilets, televisions supplied with satellite broadcast, telephones and mini bar.

Foruna Boat Hostel also may offer 14 rooms with taps and common shower bathes.

Services: Their guests are welcomed by an ample choice of services. Restaurant Lord Nelson, where the buffet-breakfast is served for the guests of our hotel, is an ideal place of business lunches and familiar dinners in the other parts of the day. Francis Drake Pub is the beer-house of people who likes easy entertainment and our café is the home of silent chats and snacks.
People who desire a little rest during the day can take place in a comfortable day-bed on the upper deck or on the sundeck and can admire the unveiling panorama or can cast an eye on the waves of the Danube. On hot days of the summer cocktails of our terrace-bar can bring remission.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY PLANE OR TRAIN:
You can book our pre-organized comfortable transfer services for a fixed price. In this case the driver will wait for you at the arrival side of the airport or train station holding a sign with your name on it and take you straight to the hotel. You can easily book this transfer with the help of our Budapest hotels transfer form.

You may also use the Official Minibus Service at the airport or at the train station. It is a little cheaper in case of 1 or 2 passengers, (for 3 passengers our service is cheaper) but you have to wait for the bus and it might go to other hotels as well before yours.

We do not recommend simply taking a taxi at the airport or at the train stations!

Fortuna Boat Hostel can be reached in 15 minutes from all the significant train stations of Budapest and from all the international bus-stations and airports. The trolleybus-stop at Szent István Park of trolleybuses number 76 and 79, and the tram-stop at Jászai Mari square of tram number 2, 4 and 6 also help the easy traffic.

You must cancel your reservation by 72 hours prior to your specified arrival. If you cancel before this, you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling after this period or no show will result in a cancellation penalty fee of the room charge of one night.
