Location: Opera Residence is situated near the heart of Budapest. Just a few minutes walk from all cultural assets and entertainment opportunities as well as the most famous city sights like Andrássy Avenue that has been declared part of the World Heritage, Váci utca is about ten minutes walk, the Opera House and the Academy of Music is about one minute walk. Lots of theatres, museums, exclusive bars, restaurants and places of amusement are within an arm's reach from Opera Residence. Just behind the State Opera House, just a few steps from Budapest's best pubs and night life (The Liszt Ferenc Ter and Nagymező utca). Accommodation: The centrally located first class apartments are excellent choices for those who travel on business or leisure. All apartments are new in a new building located near the heart of the city in a quiet street behind our famous State Opera House. There are several apartments in the same building, which makes bigger families or a party of friends able to stay close to each other. All apartments measure 62 square meters, they have a spacious living room and a bedroom with a wardrobe. There are a kitchen and a bathroom as well. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessary household utensils. The rooms are air-conditioned. The bedroom with a king size bed is equipped with TV with international channels, Wi-Fi Internet, DVD player. The living room has a sofa-bed, in this way in one apartment 4 people can sleep plus we can provide an extra bed. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge, and hot plate with oven, toaster, electric kettle, glass and chinaware, cutlery sets, dishes. There is a washing machine, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath tub with shower and towels in the bathroom. The building is served by an elevator. There is a common panoramic and sun bathing terrace at the top of the building for the convenience of the guests. Garage places are available underneath the apartment house for 13 EUR / car / night. Transportation from Budapest airport and from the railway stations: You can book our pre-organized comfortable transfer services for a fixed price. This station is under reconstruction at present, but underground trains run as they do normally. It is the final stop of the blue metro line and it provides access to Deak ter. At Deak ter take the underground Metro 1 (yellow line) get off at Opera station. Walk on the Hajos utca and O utca will be the third street on your left. Walk to # 24-26 which is the building of the apartments. From Nyugati railway station Take the underground (also called the ‘metro’) and get off at the second stop, Deak ter.
